Bell Tent Hire for Festivals This August Bank Holiday

Updated: Aug 18

The August bank holiday weekend is nearly here, and if you have tickets for Reading and Leeds, Shambala or Creamfields, bell tent hire for festivals is how you skip three nights on a thin foam mat and still come home feeling human. This is the biggest festival weekend left on the 2026 calendar, so campsites are filling fast, and it is worth locking in your setup now rather than in the final fortnight.

We have watched festival glamping grow every year, and once people try turning up to a dressed tent instead of a bare pitch, they rarely go back to camping the old way.

Why festival glamping beats a standard tent

A festival weekend is tiring enough without wrestling with poles in the dark or discovering your sleeping bag has soaked through overnight. We turn up before you do, pitch everything properly, and leave your tent ready to walk straight into. You will not touch a single tent peg all weekend.

It also changes how you experience the festival itself. Instead of rushing back to a cold, damp tent between sets, you have somewhere properly comfortable to rest, get changed and regroup with your group before heading back out. That extra bit of comfort tends to be the difference between a weekend you enjoy and one you just survive.

What is included in your bell tent

This is luxury camping hire, not a budget upgrade. Every bell tent arrives fully dressed and ready to sleep in the moment you unzip the door.

  • Proper beds with real mattresses, fresh bedding, pillows and cosy throws

  • Fairy lights and lanterns strung up throughout for that evening glow

  • Full setup before gates open and full takedown once the festival wraps

Whether you are after festival glamping for a small group of friends or a bigger camp for a milestone birthday that happens to fall over the bank holiday, we can scale the setup to suit however many of you there are.

How the day works

We agree a pitch time with you or the campsite ahead of the festival, arrive with everything needed, and have your bell tent fully dressed and ready before gates open. When the festival wraps, we come back, take it all down, and clear the site completely. You simply pack your bags and go home, no boot full of soggy canvas to deal with.

We leave no trace behind either. The pitch is left exactly as we found it, which matters more than ever with festivals under growing pressure to reduce abandoned tent waste each year.

Your last big weekend before autumn

Reading and Leeds, Shambala and Creamfields all land on the same stretch this year, running from the 27th through to bank holiday Monday on the 31st, and it is the last really big festival weekend before the calendar quietens down into autumn. Glamping for the August bank holiday weekend gets booked up fast once the final fortnight arrives, so if you already know which festival you are heading to, or you are planning a garden party for the extra day off instead, now is the time to check dates with us.

Get in touch and tell us where and when you need us. We will sort the rest, so all that is left for you to do is enjoy the weekend.
